High Yielding Returns

Airlend presents a spectrum of investment opportunities, ranging from safe and secure options offering attractive IRRs from 9% pa to 14% pa on a first mortgage and 14 % pa - 20% pa for second registered mortgages which are more aggressive growth and high-reward funds. Each investment is meticulously structured to align with investor risk appetites, offering clarity on returns and liquidity.

What makes Airlend unique?

Direct Investments

Airlend’s Single Asset Investment Trust (SATs) are distinct from the other property funds in the Australia Market as you are integrated into each loan via a Security Trust Deed that provides investors with a direct beneficial interest in the mortgage, while maintaining full anonymity. 

Third Party Trustee & Custodian

Funds are in safe hands being externally controlled by Airlend Capital Partners Pty Ltd, which is managed by specialist accounting & advisory firm DVT Group. 

Client-Centric Approach

Satisfy a wide-ranging risk appetite with investments in First and Second Mortgage Loans across multiple asset classes. 

Syndicated loan

For each investment opportunity that Airlend supports, a new single asset trust, called a Security Trust, is established. This ensures that risk and target return is linked directly to a single asset minimizing exposure to other external influences providing further comfort to the investor. On completion of each investment term the respective Airlend Single Asset Trust redistributes investment and return, providing investors with a clear and defined liquidity event. Investors know in advance when they are being paid and the target return.
